Wee a Wee?<\/h3>\n

Der Name mag etwas ungew\u00f6hnlich anmuten – dem Freund schottischer Whiskys aber bekannt vorkommen. “A wee dram”, ein kleiner Whisky. Wir haben uns erlaubt das etwas mit “wee a wee” f\u00fcr “wee, a wee dram!” zu verdeutlichen.<\/p>\n

Worum geht es? Mit der Zeit kommt jeder geneigte Whisky-Trinker an den Punkt, an dem er sich nicht mehr mit Standardabf\u00fcllungen zufriedenstellt. Die limitierten Auflagen sollen her, Unabh\u00e4ngige und Einzelfassabf\u00fcllungen, Whiskys der “Lost Distilleries” oder aber auch alte und vergriffene Whiskys. Diese Whiskys kosten nat\u00fcrlich Geld und man \u00fcberlegt sich dreimal, ob man das Geld investieren m\u00f6chte. Hier wollen wir einspringen und quasi eine dauerhafte Flaschenteilung anbieten. Genau solche Destillate bieten wir an – als Sample und damit erschwinglich.<\/p>\n

Wer steckt dahinter?<\/h3>\n

\"\"Dahinter steckt Oliver. Oliver bereist seit \u00fcber 10 Jahren regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Schottland und zeichnet sich f\u00fcr das Marketing bei der Islay Cask Company<\/a> verantwortlich (was er auch weiterhin tun wird). Geschmacklich wird dadurch schon eine eindeutige Pr\u00e4ferenz deutlich: Islay. Aber keine Angst, er wird sich auch intensiv um die anderen Regionen Schottlands k\u00fcmmern. Unterst\u00fctzt wird Oliver von seiner Frau Stefanie. Steffi schaut mit einem scharfen Blick auf die Zahlen. Damit es f\u00fcr euch nicht zu teuer wird aber nat\u00fcrlich auch etwas Geld f\u00fcr wee a wee \u00fcbrig bleibt.<\/p>\n

Wie wird abgef\u00fcllt?<\/h3>\n

Will man Whisky verkaufen, so ist das eigentlich ganz einfach: Man kauft Flaschen ein und verkauft sie wieder. Wir f\u00fcllen die Flaschen allerdings um und hier kommt die Lebensmittelkontrolle ins Spiel. Es muss ordentlich in einer reinen Umgebung abgef\u00fcllt werden. Hierzu haben wir eine Absprache mit “unserem Lebensmittelkontrolleur” getroffen und d\u00fcrfen aktuell in der abgenommenen K\u00fcche eines befreundeten Restaurants nach Absprache umf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
