F\u00fcr einen zus\u00e4tzlichen, aromaintensiven Reifungsprozess w\u00e4hlte Billy Walker weitere drei Fasstypen von unterschiedlichem Charakter aus. Neben Oloroso Sherry Puncheons und F\u00e4ssern aus dem Holz der nordamerikanischen Chinquapin-Eiche fiel die Wahl auf Barriquef\u00e4sser des ber\u00fchmten toskanischen Weinguts Grattamacco.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ergebnis: Ein \u00fcberraschend exotisches, au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliches Single-Malt-Cuv\u00e9e mit komplexen Aromen von Wassermelone bis reifen Feigen.
